摘 要:为解决加热卷烟中聚乳酸薄膜降温功能材料加工性能差且容易在烟气加热下塌陷粘连,阻塞气流通道的问题,采用造纸法制备了植物纤维/聚乳酸(PLA)复合材料,并将其应用于加热卷烟的降温段,制得了抗塌陷的降温滤棒,研究了纤维配比、压光工艺对复合材料降温性能的影响,以及复合材料对烟气主要成分的吸收性能。结果表明:(1)植物纤维/PLA纤维配比约为5∶5(质量比,下同)的复合材料在20~100℃范围具有较优的吸热性能。(2)随着植物纤维配比的增加,复合材料的降温效果先增强后减弱,在植物纤维/PLA纤维配比为4∶6时达到最佳,此时平均温度降温效果和最高温度降温效果分别为25.3℃和29.3℃,优于目前常用的降温材料。(3)压光降低了材料的孔隙率和比表面积,不利于烟气和降温材料间的传热,其中压光温度对复合材料降温性能影响较小,而高压光压力(>10 N/mm)将明显降低复合材料降温性能。(4)植物纤维/PLA复合材料具有更好的降温效果,因此冷凝作用使得降温材料对烟气主要成分(总粒相物、丙二醇、丙三醇、烟碱和水分)的吸收性略高于聚乳酸薄膜降温材料。To improve the processing performance of polylactic acid(PLA)film cooling materials in heated tobacco products,to prevent PLA from collapsing and sticking under the heating of aerosol,and to avoid the blocking of the airflow channel,a composite material of plant fiber and PLA fiber was prepared with papermaking method and applied to the filter rod.The influences of fiber ratio and calendaring conditions on the cooling performance of the composite material were investigated,and the absorption properties of the composite material to the main aerosol components were studied.The results showed that:1)The composite material with the plant fiber to PLA fiber ratio(mass ratio)of 5∶5 had a better cooling effect in the temperature range of 20-100℃.2)The cooling effect of the composite material increased first and then decreased with the increase of plant fiber content,it reached the maximum when the ratio of plant fiber to PLA fiber was 4∶6,wherein the average and the maximum cooling temperature were 25.3℃and 29.3℃respectively,which were better than those of normal cooling materials.3)Calendaring reduced the porosity and specific surface area of the composite material,which was not conducive to the heat transfer between aerosol and cooling material.Calendaring temperature had a slight influence on the cooling performance of the composite material,while higher calendaring pressure(>10 N/mm)significantly reduced the cooling performance.4)The composite material had a better cooling effect.As a result of the condensation,the composite material absorbed slightly more main components(total particulate matter,propylene glycol,glycerol,nicotine and moisture)in the aerosol than that of PLA film.
