摘　　要：在调查了解石油化工企业生产装置和工艺流程的基础上,应用美国道化学公司火灾爆炸指数法对生产过程中的危险性分別进定性和定量的评价分析,旨在通过详细的各种参数资料找出预防事故发生的控制措施与手段,进而控制危险源,进一步降低化工生产装置的危险性。On the basis of investigation of the production equipment and process of petrochemical enterprises,this paper applies the fire explosion index method and fault tree method of American Dow Chemical Company to evaluate and analyze the risks in the production process qualitatively and quantitatively.The purpose is to find out the control measures to prevent accidents through detailed parameter data,so as to control the source of danger and reduce the risk of chemical production facilities.
