摘 要:为明确立式轴流泵装置流道内部流动规律及泵装置的能量性能,以魏村水利枢纽扩容改建泵站工程的单向立式泵站为研究对象,采用数值模拟技术对该单向泵装置全流道进行计算,分析了设计扬程4.71m时箱涵式进水流道和蜗壳式出水流道的内流特征。结果表明:在设计扬程时,箱涵式进水流道出口面的轴向流速分布均匀度为95.04%,速度加权平均角为87.27°,流道水力损失为0.219m;蜗壳式出水流道的水力损失为0.564m;进出水流道内部流态整体较好,满足泵装置高效稳定运行的要求。该立式轴流泵装置水力性能较好,其流道几何尺寸可为同类泵站设计提供参考。In order to clarify the internal flow law and energy performance of the vertical axial flow pump device,taking the one-way pump unit of Weicun Hub Expension and Reconstrucution Project as an example,the numerical simulation technology was used to calculate the whole flow channel of the pump device,and the internal flow characteristics of the inlet and outlet flow channel at the design head of 4.71m were analyzed.The results show that the uniformity of axial velocity distribution on the outlet surface of the box culvert inlet is 95.04%,the weighted average angle of velocity is 87.27°,and the hydraulic loss of the flow channel is 0.219m at the design head.The hydraulic loss of volute outlet is 0.564m;the internal flow pattern of the inlet and outlet channel is good,which meets the requirements of efficient and stable operation of the pump device.The axial flow pump device has good hydraulic performance,and its channel geometry can provide reference for the design of similar pumping stations.
