摘  要:《神农本草经》所记黄芩、黄连、黄柏功用相近,而临证药用有别。本文以《神农本草经》《名医别录》所载黄芩、黄连、黄柏主证为基础,据之以仲景《伤寒论》《金匮要略》,唐《备急千金要方》《外台秘要方》等含有黄芩、黄连、黄柏的方剂,藉以剖析其药用之异同。黄芩、黄连、黄柏俱主肠胃结热,黄芩主除胸中烦,兼主身热;黄连重在止下利肠澼,并除心下痞;黄柏善治黄疸疮疡。黄芩、黄连、黄柏药用的考据可为临床应用提供指导,同时为以方测药、探究药物药用的方法学提供借鉴。In Shennong Bencao Jing, the functions of Scutellariae Radix, Coptidis Rhizoma and Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex are similar,but their clinical use is different. Based on the main syndromes that can be treated by Scutellariae Radix,Coptidis Rhizoma and Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex recorded in Shennong Bencao Jing and Mingyi Bielu,and by referring to ZHANG Zhongjing’s Shanghan Lun and Jingui Yaolve, and Beiji Qianjin Yaofang and Waitai Miyao Fang in Tang dynasty, the prescriptions containing Scutellariae Radix, Coptidis Rhizoma and Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex were analyzed in this paper to explore their difference of medical use. Scutellariae Radix, Coptidis Rhizoma and Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex can treat the binding heat of the stomach and intestines;Scutellariae Radix mainly eliminates chest vexation and treats fever;Coptidis Rhizoma mainly stops diarrhea and dysentery and eliminates epigastric masses;Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex mainly treats jaundice, sores and ulcers. The analysis of the medical use of Scutellariae Radix, Coptidis Rhizoma and Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex can provide a reference for clinical practice and for the methodology of using prescription to test medicine and exploring the medical use.
