普济消毒饮加减联合美敏伪麻溶液治疗岭南地区风热感冒及预防感染后咳嗽临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察普济消毒饮加减联合美敏伪麻溶液治疗岭南地区风热感冒的临床疗效,以及对感染后咳嗽(PIC)的预防效果。方法:选取140例风热感冒患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各70例。对照组给予美敏伪麻溶液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用普济消毒饮加减治疗,2组均治疗3~7 d。比较2组临床疗效及症状积分,记录2组PIC发生率及不良反应。结果:治疗第3天、5天、7天,观察组愈显率分别为35.71%、88.57%、100%,均高于同期对照组2.86%、32.86%、80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗第3天、5天、7天,观察组感冒、咽部、咳嗽症状总分均低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。随访3周,观察组PIC发生率7.14%,低于对照组25.71%(P<0.05)。2组均无不良反应发生。结论:普济消毒饮加减联合美敏伪麻溶液治疗岭南地区风热感冒,可改善患者的临床症状,有效预防PIC,安全性良好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Puji Xiaodu Yin combined with Dextromethorphan-Chlorpheniramine-Pseudoephedrine Solution for wind-heat cold in Lingnan area and its prevention effect of post-infection cough(PIC).Methods:A total of 140 cases of patients with wind-heat cold were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with DextromethorphanChlorpheniramine-Pseudoephedrine Solution,and the observation group was additionally treated with modified Puji Xiaodu Yin based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for three to seven days.Symptom scores and clinical effects were compared between the two groups.The incidences of PIC and adverse reactions in the two groups were recorded.Results:On the 3rd,5thand 7thday of treatment,the effective rates in the observation group were 35.71%,88.57%and 100%respectively,which were higher than those of 2.86%,32.86%and 80.00%in the control group in the same period(P<0.05).On the 3rd,5thand 7thday of treatment,the total symptom scores of cold,throat and cough in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the three-week follow-up,the incidence of PIC was 7.14%in the observation group,lower than that of 25.71%in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reaction occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Modified Puji Xiaodu Yin combined with Dextromethorphan-Chlorpheniramine-Pseudoephedrine Solution for wind-heat cold in Lingnan area can improve clinical symptoms of patients and effectively prevent PIC with good safety.
