摘 要:目的:将假设操作者输出力是适合的作为前提,研究下肢后伸定点按压法的手法力学特征与急性骶髂关节紊乱患者基本资料的关系,为林氏正骨推拿手法标准化、规范化、传承与推广提供依据。方法:应用多点薄膜压力测试系统收集操作者采取下肢后伸定点按压法治疗急性骶髂关节紊乱过程的力学数据,统计力学特征参数,与患者的性别、年龄、体质量指数(BMI)、病程等基本资料进行多元回归分析。结果:下肢后伸定点按压法的基准预加载力应在120~150 N,基准最大发力值应在350~410 N,治疗男性患者的发力值较女性大,年龄与预加载力及最大发力值皆呈正相关,与BMI呈负相关,与病程呈负相关。结论:本试验以数据化与多元回归分析的方式,揭示了操作者发力与患者基本资料之间的部分关系,为下肢后伸定点按压法标准化、规范化提供实验依据或力学依据,也提示了操作者应根据患者的性别、年龄、BMI、病程等不同情况相应调整发力。Objective:Assuming that the output force of the operators is appropriate,the relationship between the mechanical characteristics of the manipulation of fixed-point pressing method on posterior extension in lower limbs and the basic data of the patients is studied to provide a basis for the standardization, normalization, inheritance and promotion of LIN’s bone setting manipulation. Methods:The multi-point film pressure test system was used to collect the mechanical data of the operators(gender,age,body mass index(BMI),course of disease and other basic information) during the treatment process of fixed-point pressing method on posterior extension in lower limbs,and the mechanical characteristic parameters were statistically analyzed. The multiple regression analysis was carried out with the basic data of the patients. Results:The standard preloading force of manipulation of fixed-point pressing method on posterior extension in lower limbs should be 120 to 150 N,and the standard maximum force should be350 to 410 N. The exerting force for male should be larger than female. Both the preloading force and the standard maximum force is positively correlated with age, negatively correlated with BMI and course of disease. Conclusion:This trial revealed the partial relationship between the exerting force of the operators and the basic information of patients by means of data and multiple regression analysis, providing experimental or mechanical basis for the standardization and normalization of manipulation of fixed-point pressing method on posterior extension in lower limbs, and also suggesting that the operators should adjust the exerting force according to the gender, age, BMI, course of disease and other different conditions of patients.
