摘　　要：总结中医脑病肝治的理论基础及从清肝、疏肝、养肝、抑肝论治脑病的思路。肝与脑的作用是双向的,因此存在肝-脑轴,肝的合成及代谢产物通过血液循环、内分泌、神经系统影响大脑和行为,这与中医脑病从肝论治理念相契合。结合现代医学分子生物学机制,阐明中医脑病从肝论治的现代分子机制,为中医脑病肝治提供现代科学依据。To summarize the theoretical basis of treating brain diseases from the liver and the idea of treating brain diseases from the aspects of clearing the liver heat,soothing the liver,nourishing the liver and suppressing the liver in Chinese medicine. The liver and brain are bidirectional,therefore there is a liverbrain axis. The synthesis and metabolites of the liver affect the brain and behavior through the blood circulation, endocrine and nervous system, which is consistent with the idea of treating brain diseases from the liver in Chinese medicine. Combined with the molecular biological mechanism of modern medicine,the modern molecular mechanism of treating brain diseases from the liver in Chinese medicine was elucidated,so as to provide modern medical scientific basis for treating brain diseases from the liver in Chinese medicine.
