廖慧慧运用脱花煎加味方治疗不完全性流产经验介绍

摘　　要：介绍岭南罗氏妇科流派第四代传承人廖慧慧教授运用脱花煎加味方治疗不完全性流产的临床经验。廖慧慧教授认为,瘀阻胞宫是发生不完全性流产的核心病机,治法应以温经活血、逐瘀益母为主,运用脱花煎加黄芪、枳壳、三棱、莪术、益母草、生蒲黄、卷柏治之。临证运用脱花煎加味方治疗不完全性流产强调注重衷中参西,遵循以中为主、中西结合的治疗原则,重视随诊以确保安全,注重病瘥善后以取良效。This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor LIAO Huihui, who is the 4th generation inheritor of Lingnan LUO’s gynecology school, in the treatment of incomplete abortion.Professor LIAO holds that static blood obstructing the uterus is the core pathogenesis of incomplete abortion,and its main treatment methods are warming the channels and invigorating blood,and expelling stasis and benefiting the mother, with Tuohua Jian plus Astragali Radix, Aurantii Fructus, Sparganii Rhizoma, Curcumae Rhizoma, Leonuri Herba, raw Typhae Pollen, and Selaginellae Herba. The clinical application of modified Tuohua Jian in the treatment of incomplete abortion emphasizes the importance of“Chinese medicine with reference to western medicine”, follows the treatment principle of “taking Chinese medicine as the dominant treatment with its combination with western medicine”, attaches importance to follow-up to ensure safety,and pays attention to the recovery after the illness to achieve good results.
