摘　　要：大力推动实施“健康中国”战略成为新发展阶段建立防返贫长效机制的工作重点。基于中国家庭金融调查数据(CHFS),实证研究了健康状况对家庭财务脆弱性影响及其内在机制。研究结果表明,健康状况恶化会加剧家庭财务脆弱性,且该结论在使用工具变量解决内生性问题和进行一系列稳健性检验后依然成立。机制检验表明,健康状况的变化通过改变家庭劳动参与情况和风险态度进而影响家庭财务脆弱性程度。异质性研究表明,健康状况对家庭财务脆弱性的影响存在城乡和收入水平异质性。为“健康中国”战略背景下巩固脱贫攻坚成果、防范脱贫人口致贫返贫提供新的研究视角与政策参考。Vigorously promoting the implementation of the “Health China” strategy has become the focus of establishing a long-term mechanism to prevent poverty return in the new development stage.This paper empirically investigates the impact of health status on household financial vulnerability and its underlying mechanisms based on Chinese household financial survey data.The findings show that deteriorating health status exacerbates household financial vulnerability, and the findings hold after using instrumental variables to address the endogenous issue and a series of robustness tests.Mechanistic tests suggest that changes in health status affect the degree of household financial vulnerability by changing household labor participation and risk attitudes.Heterogeneity studies show that there is urban-rural and income level heterogeneity in the effect of health status on household financial vulnerability.This study provides a new research perspective and policy reference for consolidating the achievements of poverty eradication and preventing poverty eradication and return to poverty for those who have left poverty in the context of the “Health China”strategy.
