摘　　要：现代产业学院生长具有独特生态规律,持续发展动力源于其所携带的组织印记不断更新及环境适应。参考组织生态学逻辑框架,可为现代产业学院设计基于组织印记的优选机制、基于组织合法化的动力机制和基于生态位竞争的迭代进化机制等可持续发展机制。The growth of the modern industrial college has a unique ecological law,and its sustainable development is driven by the continuous renewal of its organizational imprint and environmental adaptations.With reference to the logical framework of organizational ecology,sustainable development mechanisms such as the optimization mechanism based on organizational imprint,the dynamic mechanism based on organizational legalization,and the iterative evolution mechanism based on niche competition are designed for building modern industrial colleges.
