摘　　要：随着科技革命、产业革命和高等教育改革深度演化,多学科交叉研究生培养成为世界高等教育探索战略人才培养的重要途径。18个案例二元交叉和文本内容分析显示,MIT多学科交叉研究生培养项目具备七个重要特征:面向全球招生,注重人才特质与项目的匹配性;以多学科交叉能力为核心,突出领军型人才培养定位与职业导向;以多样化学科交叉组织架构为载体,突出联合管理;以交叉和个性化为导向,强调课程设计的融合性;以学术大师为核心,注重师资的多学科交叉整合;以联合管理为主,重视管理协调性和高效率;以课程和协作平台为抓手,统筹大学内外部资源。At present,interdisciplinary postgraduate training occupies a considerable proportion in training strategical talents.By adopting binary cross-analysis and text content analysis,this study discovers excellent practicing experience from 18 MIT interdisciplinary postgraduate training programs and concludes seven paramount practicing experiences like focusing on the fitness of talents’ characteristics and programs’ aims,highlighting joint management,emphasizing integration elements of the curriculum,focusing on the interdisciplinary integration of teacher cohorts,strengthening management coordination and high efficiency,coordinating the internal and external resources of the university.Finally,several suggestions are advanced to deepen the cultivation of interdisciplinary graduate students.
