摘 要:大柳塔煤矿开采的52号煤层在“U”型负压通风的作用下,综采工作面在回采期间回风隅角、机尾安全出口、工作面出现不同程度的低氧现象。为从源头上进行治理,以52506工作面为例,对工作面低氧原因进行了分析,在其回采过程中在隅角处安设了负压抽放管路,改变回风隅角气体流向,均衡回风隅角和采空区之间压差,将原本涌出的有害气体直接抽排掉,从而在一定程度上减缓或抑制采空区内有毒有害气体的涌出,以达到预防低氧的目的,有效解决了低氧隐蔽致灾问题,保证了工作面安全回采。Under the effect of U-shaped negative pressure ventilation, the No.52 coal seam of Daliuta Coal Mine has different degrees of low oxygen in the return air corner, safety exit at the tail of scraper conveyor and working face during the mining process. In order to control the low oxygen from the source, taking 52506 working face as an example, the cause of low oxygen in the working face was analyzed. During the mining process, a negative pressure drainage pipeline was installed at the corner to change the flow direction of the return air corner gas, balance the pressure difference between the return air corner and the goaf, and directly exhaust the originally emitted harmful gas, so as to reduce or inhibit the emission of toxic and harmful gases in the goaf to a certain extent and achieve the purpose of low oxygen prevention, which effectively solved the hidden disaster-causing problem of low oxygen and ensured the safe mining of the working face.
