摘 要:供给侧结构性改革的提出加速了我国煤矿落后产能的退出,但同时关闭煤矿的合理再利用提上日程。为探讨关闭煤矿潜在的可利用资源及其利用前景,基于关闭煤矿彻底废弃的负面效应分析,对其潜在资源类型进行了划分,并对各种资源的利用前景进行了分析,最后指出其在二次利用中亟待解决的问题。研究表明:我国关闭煤矿潜在资源主要包括剩余煤炭、矿井水、煤层气、地下空间以及生态开发与工业旅游资源;厘清剩余煤炭资源赋存特征、提高关闭煤矿信息化程度、构建关闭煤矿剩余资源评价体系以及建立健全关闭煤矿综合开发利用政策对关闭煤矿资源二次利用具有重要意义。The proposal of supply-side structural reform has accelerated the withdrawal of backward production capacity of coal mines in China, while the rational reuse of closed coal mines has been put on the agenda. In order to explore the potential available resources and utilization prospects of closed coal mines, based on the analysis of the negative effects of complete abandonment of closed coal mines, this paper divides the types of potential resources, analyzes the utilization prospects of various resources, and finally points out the urgent problems to be solved in secondary utilization. The research shows that the potential resources of closed coal mines in China mainly include remaining coal, mine water, coalbed methane, underground space, ecological development and industrial tourism resources. It is of great significance for clarifying the occurrence characteristics of remaining coal resources, improving the informatization degree of closed coal mines, constructing the evaluation system of remaining resources of closed coal mines, and establishing and perfecting the comprehensive development and utilization policy of closed coal mines.
