“双减”视域下校园开展民族传统体育珍珠球运动的研究

摘　　要：该文运用文献资料法对珍珠球运动的起源和历程、校园开展满族珍珠球运动的价值与影响,以及校园内开展珍珠球运动的因素进行了分析,并提出了开展策略。研究认为,校园开展满族珍珠球具有育人、育体、弘扬与传承价值。影响校园内开展珍珠球运动的因素有:珍珠球运动赛事较少,缺少珍珠球运动教练员、裁判员人才,校园内开展体育项目不均衡,学生对民族传统体育文化了解甚少。因而提出:校园内外推广珍珠球运动,促进体育教师专业化发展“,5+2”模式最大化“,学、练、赛、评”一体化策略。By using the literature method,this paper analyzes the origin and history of pearl ball,the value and influence of Manchu pearl ball on campus,and the factors of carrying out pearl ball sports on campus,and puts forward strategies to carry it out.The study believes that the Manchu pearl ball is carried out on campus has the value of educating,nurturing,promoting and inheriting.The factors affecting the development of pearl ball sports on campus include few pearl ball sports events,the lack of pearl ball coaches and referees,uneven sports activities on campus,and the lack of student’ understanding of ethnic traditional sports culture.Therefore,it is proposed to promote pearl ball inside and outside the campus,promote the professional development of physical education teachers,maximize the "5+2" model,and integrate the strategy of "learning,training,competition and evaluation".
