摘  要:体育培训机构政策是影响培训机构产业发展的主导因素,对其政策分析有利于规范和引领产业发展。该文以国务院办公厅、教育部办公厅和部分省教育厅颁布的政策文件为研究对象,运用扎根理论,以Nvivo 12.0为质性研究工具,对政策文本文件进行了词汇云和高频词主题分析。在此基础上,将政策文本内容进行三级编码,以及节点编码矩阵和节点编码聚类的特征分析,最后构建了体育培训机构评价指标体系模型,并提出了产业发展策略。从而为机构自评或官方对体育培训机构进行监管提供参考依据。The leading factor affecting the industrial development of training institutions lies in the policy of sports training institutions,and the analysis on its policy can facilitate the standardizing and leading of the development of the industry.In this paper,the policy texts issued by the General Office of the State Council,the General Office of the Ministry of Education and some provincial education departments are taken as the research objects,the grounded theory is used,and Nvivo12.0 is taken as the qualitative research tool to analyze the theme of lexical clouds and high-frequency words in policy text documents.Based on this,the characteristics of three-level coding,node coding matrix and node coding clustering are analyzed in the policy text content.Finally,the evaluation index system model of sports training institutions is constructed,and the industrial development strategies are also proposed,so as to provide a reference for the self-assessment of institutions or the official supervision of sports training institutions.
