摘  要:目的探讨X线数字断层融合(DTS)技术在膝关节置换术后效果评估中的应用价值。方法抽取2021年11月至2022年3月于晋城市人民医院行膝关节置换术的患者60例(76膝),其中单侧病变44例,双侧病变16例。术后76膝均行常规数字化X线摄影(DR)及DTS检查评估治疗效果,比较两种检查中放射剂量、下股骨角、上胫骨角、假体及周围结构显示情况。结果DTS检查中放射剂量高于常规DR,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种检查中术后测量下股骨角、上胫骨角比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。DTS检查中术后假体及其周围结构显示情况评分(1.78±0.18)高于常规DR检查(1.46±0.21),差异有统计学意义(t=2.34,P<0.05)。结论与常规DR比较,膝关节置换术后评估中应用DTS技术,虽然放射剂量高,但可准确测量上胫骨角、下股骨角,还可提升假体及其周围显示情况,从而为术后效果评估提供更可靠的依据。Objective To investigate the application value of X-ray digital tomosynthesis(DTS)technology in the evaluation on effect of knee arthroplasty.Methods A total of 60 patients(76 knees)who underwent knee arthroplasty in Jincheng People’s Hospital from November 2021 to March 2022 were selected,including 44 patients with unilateral lesions and 16 patients with bilateral lesions.All 76 knees underwent conventional digital radiography(DR)and DTS examination to evaluate the treatment effect.The radiation dose,lower femoral angle,upper tibial angle,manifestation prosthesis and surrounding structures of the two examinations were compared.Results The radiation dose of DTS examination was higher than that of conventional DR,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the lower femoral angle and the upper tibial angle between the two examination methods(P>0.05).The score of postoperative prosthesis and its surrounding structures of DTS examination(1.78±0.18)was higher than that of conventional DR examination(1.46±0.21),t=2.34,P<0.05.Conclusions The application of DTS technology in the evaluation after knee arthroplasty,compared with conventional DR,although has higher radiation dose,it can accurately measure the upper tibial angle,lower femoral angle,and can also improve the manifestation of the prosthesis and surrounding structures,which provide reliable reference for evaluation on efficacy after operation.
