摘  要:钢混塔筒混凝土段安装工艺由拼装、灌浆、内附件安装、整段吊装、张拉、钢塔及主机安装等几部分组成。论文主要对此安装工艺进行工期上的优化。优化主要集中在混凝土塔筒的拼装、灌浆、整段吊装、内附件安装等工序。通过优化单个工序的物资组织和工步调整,并对整个工序采用交叉作业等方式,有效地缩短了混塔机组安装时间,降低了成本。The installation process of the concrete section belonging to a steel-concrete tower consists of assembly, grouting, installation of internal accessories, whole section hoisting, tensioning, installation of the steel tower and main engine. This paper optimizes the construction period of the above installation process. The optimization mainly focuses on assembly, grouting, whole section hoisting, installation of internal accessories, and other processes. In addition, the work is achieved by optimizing the material organization and work step adjustment of a single process as well as adopting a cross operation for the whole process, which can effectively save the installation time of the whole tower and accessories and reduce cost.
