摘　　要：结合某工程项目,针对预制盾构管片高性能混凝土的制作工艺以及应用情况进行了研究,认为预制盾构管片高性能混凝土的制作、运用、原材料的挑选及蒸养技术有直接关系,包括水泥、掺和料以及集料的选择、应用。同时还需重视配合比的应用,从而获得良好的管片性能。此外,施工人员还需通过混凝土配合比管控、运输工程质量管控及施工养护,才能保证预制盾构管片高性能混凝土质量满足施工实际需求,达到可用标准,提高工程整体施工质量。Combined with an engineering project, this paper studies the manufacturing technology and application of high-performance concrete for precast shield segments, and believes that the manufacturing and application of high-performance concrete for precast shield segments, the selection of raw materials and steam curing technology are directly related, including the selection and application of cement,admixtures and aggregates. At the same time, we should also pay attention to the application of mix proportion, so as to obtain good segment performance. In addition, the construction personnel also need to control the concrete mix proportion, transport engineering quality control and construction maintenance to ensure that the quality of high-performance concrete for prefabricated shield segments can meet the actual construction needs, meet the applicable standards, and improve the overall construction quality of the project.
