药事管理学课程思政设计及实践路径探索

摘　　要：教育部思想政治工作司在2022年的工作要点中指出,将按照“质量党建、精准思政、积极维稳、系统推进”的总体思路,全面推动高校党建和思想政治工作高质量发展。要实现这一目标,全国高校应利用课程思政这个主渠道,把包括专业课在内的所有课程联合起来,共筑符合习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的完整思想价值体系。药事管理学因其显著的社会科学属性、与国家政策法规紧密联系,是药学教育开展课程思政的有利“阵地”。该文根据药事管理学的课程特点与教学目标,明确课程思政的内在联系和总体实施原则,并深入挖掘药事管理学课程中的核心思政元素,研究教学中思政元素的实施策略,从而形成药事管理学课程思政教学体系。Department of Ideological and Political Work,Ministry of Education point out that they will comprehensively promote the high-quality development of party construction,ideological and political work in universities,according to the general guidelines as"quality party development,accurate ideological instruction,positive stability maintenance,and systematic promotion"in 2022.To achieve this goal,universities should take great advantages of the route of ideological education,by combining all specialized courses together to jointly build a complete ideological value system which sin accord with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a new era.Science of Pharmacy Administration is an ideal favorable front to carry out ideological education,due to its prominent social science attribute,which is closely associated with national policies and regulations.According to the course features and teaching objectives,this paper firstly explicates the inner link and general implementation principle of Science of Pharmacy Administration,and then digs deeply its core ideological and political elements,followed by deliberating the implementation strategies of ideological education,finally to form a curriculum education teaching system of Science of Pharmacy Administration.
