医保支付方式改革下我国护理管理领域研究热点与趋势分析

摘　　要：目的了解医保支付方式改革下护理管理领域相关研究的现状与热点,梳理研究主题的发展轨迹及趋势,为护理科研与临床实践提供参考。方法检索在中国知网、万方、中国生物医学、维普数据库中2004年8月17日—2022年3月10日医疗支付方式改革下护理管理领域研究的相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件进行文献计量学分析。结果经双人筛选核对后最终纳入文献398篇,年发文量整体呈现稳定上升趋势,研究者与机构之间较为分散且合作较少。医保支付方式改革下护理管理领域主要的研究热点包括单病种、临床路径、护理管理、护理质量、绩效评价、疾病诊断相关分组等。通过关键词突现及聚类分析,疾病诊断相关分组为该领域的研究前沿。结论我国医保支付方式改革下护理管理领域研究尚处于探索阶段,亟需以国家政策为导向,把握研究热点,了解研究前沿与趋势后进行深入研究,推动我国护理事业适应改革变化以实现持续健康发展。Objective To understand the current status and hotspots of nursing-related research under the background of medical insurance payment method reform,to sort out the development trajectory and trend of research topics,and to provide reference for nursing scientific research and clinical practice.Methods Literature on nursing research under the background of medical insurance payment method reform included in CNKI,Wanfang,China Biomedical,VIP Database from August 17,2004 to March 10,2022 was searched,and the CiteSpace software was used to analyze the literature.Results A total of 398 articles were finally included after two-person screening and verification.The overall annual number of articles showed a steady upward trend,and there was relatively scattered and less cooperation between researchers and institutions.Under the background of medical insurance payment method reform,research hotspots in the nursing field included single disease,clinical pathway,nursing management,nursing quality,performance evaluation,diagnosis-related groups(DRG),etc.Keyword presentation and cluster analysis showed that DRG was the research frontier in this field.Conclusion The research of nursing field under the background of medical insurance payment method reform in China is still in the exploratory stage.It is urgent to carry out national policy-guided in-depth research considering research hotspots,frontier and trend,so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of nursing cause in China.
