双胎结构狭缝式透气砖的开发及在120 t精炼钢包上的应用

摘　　要：通过分析济源钢铁第一炼钢厂120 t钢包和透气砖的现场使用情况,对透气砖的材质和结构进行了优化,开发出双胎结构狭缝式整体透气砖;同时对120 t钢包内衬的砌筑方式、使用和热修维护制度进行了改进。现场试验表明,安装使用双胎结构狭缝式透气砖的钢包,在进行一次小修后的使用寿命接近80炉,满足实际使用要求,提高了钢包的热周转率,钢包的整体经济效益得到显著提升。Based on the analysis of the field application of 120 t ladles and purging plugs in No.1 Steelmaking Plant of Henan Jiyuan Iron&Steel(Group)Co.,Ltd.,the materials and the structure of the purging plugs were optimized,and twin-structure slit purging plugs were developed.At the same time,the masonry method and the systems of application,hot repair and maintenance of the ladle lining were improved.The field test shows that the service life of a ladle adopting the developed purging plugs is close to 80 heats after a minor repair,which fulfills the practical application requirements and increases the thermal turnover rate of ladles,thus significantly enhancing the overall economic benefits.
