无障碍视角下的残疾人运动员就业保障研究

摘　　要：通过分析指出,残疾人运动员就业保障是一个不断“去障碍”的过程,影响残疾人运动员就业的障碍主要是观念障碍、环境障碍、就业制度障碍、就业市场障碍。根据对残疾人运动员就业“障碍”的分析,构建了包括无障碍环境建设、观念支持、就业环境保障、就业能力支持的残疾人运动员就业保障体系。研究认为,无障碍环境建设包括物质及信息无障碍环境建设,是残疾人运动员无障碍出行及获取有用信息的基础和保障。观念支持是改变社会对残疾人运动员歧视和偏见的重要方面。就业环境保障包括就业政策保障、就业模式创新和就业服务体系改革。残疾人运动员就业能力是康复、教育和就业技能培训的统一。For the rapid and healthy development of the employment security system of disabled athletes,obstacle handling is important.This research involves the concept barriers、environmental barriers、employment system barriers、job market barriers.The analysis of the employment security system of disabled athletes,based on barrier-free environment,notion support,employment environment guarantee,employability support management system.Employability of disabled athletes include rehabilitation,education and employment skill training.
