摘 要:采用深度访谈法和参与式观察法,对我国高校高水平运动队青年教练员学训矛盾进行研究。研究认为,作为新入职的高校高水平运动队青年教练员群体,在入职初期会经历一段矛盾激发期,究其原因在于教练员也存在“学训矛盾”。普通高校高水平运动队青年教练员学训矛盾的出现是受到场域影响的、阶段性的、带有主观感受的,建议优化职称评定体系、激发内在动力;细化培养体制机制、强化人文关怀;制订个人发展计划、缓解焦虑传播。Using the methods of in-depth interview and participatory observation,the author made a research on the academic training contradiction of youth coaches of high-level sports teams in Chinese universities.According to the research,as a new group of young coaches of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities,they will experience a period of contradiction stimulation in the early stage of their entry,and the reason lies in the“contradiction between learning and training”of coaches.It is suggested to optimize the professional title evaluation system and stimulate the internal motivation,refine the training system and mechanism and strengthen humanistic care,develop personal development plans and ease the spread of anxiety.
