摘 要:官德是官员在进行社会治理过程中所表现出来的职业道德。传统官德具有忠君爱国、执政为民、公正廉洁、诚实守信等品质,在古代社会生活中发挥了重要作用。中国古代以儒家为代表倡导德治,在官员的选拔任用中注重以德为先,为此还建立了一套选拔、甄别、评价标准。传统官德资源极为丰富,但其中也不乏糟粕,在推进国家治理现代化的新时代,我们必须批判地汲取传统官德的合理成分,对传统官德做现代转换,以适应新时代的官德建设要求。Official morality is the professional ethics displayed by officials in the process of social governance. Traditional official morality has the qualities of loyalty and patriotism, ruling for the people, fairness and integrity, honesty and trustworthiness, and played an important role in ancient social life. In ancient China, Confucianism advocated the rule of virtue, and paid attention to the rule of virtue in the selection and appointment of officials, and established a set of selection, screening and evaluation standards for this purpose. The resources of traditional official morality are extremely rich, but there are also some dross in them. In the new era of promoting the modernization of national governance, we must critically absorb the rational components of traditional official morality and make a modern transformation of traditional official morality to meet the requirements of official morality construction in the new era.
