基于供给侧改革的地方高校学报核心竞争力研究

摘　　要：在媒体深度融合的智能出版时代,地方高校学报面临着信息传播方式的巨大改变和核心期刊评价机制带来的双重压力。如何在困境中实现创新发展,成为地方高校学报当前亟待解决的问题。在供给侧改革和科学计量分析的基础上,提出从地方高校学报的定位、发展目标、内容建设、编辑人员素质、传播方式的改革和外审专家资源的利用等方面加强地方高校学报核心竞争力。In the era of intelligent publishing with deep media integration,local university journals are facing great changes in information dissemination methods and the dual pressure brought by the core journal evalua-tion mechanism.How to achieve innovative development in a difficult situation has become an urgent problem to be solved for local university journals.On the basis of supply-side reform and scientific econometric analy-sis,it is proposed to strengthen the core competitiveness of local university journals from the aspects of positio-ning,development goals,content construction,editorial staff quality,reform of communication methods,and utilization of external review expert resources.
