摘  要:通过对比国产耐电晕聚酰亚胺薄膜及其电磁线与同类进口产品的性能,探讨了国产耐电晕薄膜电磁线在应用过程中的可靠性。结果表明:国产耐电晕薄膜及其电磁线的常规性能与同类进口产品性能相当,国产耐电晕薄膜电磁线的耐电晕性能及局部放电起始电压优于同类进口产品,电磁线在线圈成型过程中具备优异的工艺性,满足变频牵引电机的应用要求。The performance of domestic corona-resistant polyimide film as well as the corona-resistant film magnet wire was compared with that of the similar imported products, and then the reliability of domestic corona-resistant film magnet wire in the application process was discussed. The results show that the conventional properties of domestic corona-resistant film and its magnet wire are comparable to those of similar imported products, and the corona resistance performance and initial partial discharge voltage of domestic corona-resistant film magnet wire are better than those of similar imported products. Domestic corona-resistant film magnet wire has excellent manufacturability in the coil forming process, which meets the technical requirements of inverter traction motor applications.
