摘　　要：马铃薯金线虫被106个国家列为检疫性有害生物。2019年在我国云南昭通鲁甸县发现,是云南的新发生线虫,国内尚无有效防治方法。作者通过查阅文献,并结合2020—2022年对该线虫在昭通发生与防治的调查研究基础上,初步总结出马铃薯金线虫危害重、潜伏期长、隐传快、为害期长和防治难等发生为害特点,并提出综合防控方法和建议。Potato golden nematode,Globodera rostochiensis,is an important quarantine pest in 106 countries. The nematode was founded in Ludian County,Zhaotong City in Yunnan in 2019. It is a new pest in Yunnan,and there are no effective prevention and control measures in China at present. Through literature review,and the investigation and study on occurrence characteristics and prevention and control in Zhaotong during 2020 to 2022,the author preliminaryly summarized the characteristics of potato golden nematode,such as heavy damage,long incubation period,conceal dissemination,long harm period and difficult control. The integrated management measures of potato golden nematode were proposed.
