摘　　要：本文对台州市柑橘黄龙病历年发生情况进行了概述,对台州市近二十年行之有效的柑橘黄龙病防控经验进行了阐述,即采取“挖治管并重,综合防控”的总方针,坚持推广以春防、夏防和秋冬防相结合的“三防”,把好种苗检疫关、疫情普查关、病株挖除关、健株栽培关、木虱防治关等“五关”为主的综合治理技术,以及加强政府领导、加强目标考核、加强宣传培训、加强工作部署、加强财政投入、加强示范推广、加强工作督查等“七加强”措施,以确保台州市柑橘产业的健康发展。This paper summarizes the occurrence of Citrus Huanglongbing in Taizhou over years,and expounds the effective prevention and control experience of Citrus Huanglongbing in Taizhou in recent 20years,that is,to adopt the general policy of "laying equal stress on excavation and management,integrating prevention and control",to insist on "three preventions",which are spring prevention,summer prevention,autumn and winter prevention,to implement control measures strictly on "five links",which are seedling quarantine,epidemic survey,diseased plant excavation,healthy plant cultivation,citrus psylla control,and to stress "seven strengthening",such as strengthening government leadership,strengthening target assessment,strengthening publicity and training,strengthening work deployment,strengthening financial investment,strengthening demonstration and promotion,strengthening work supervision,so as to ensure the healthy development of Taizhou citrus industry.
