摘 要:针对采煤机牵引系统保护技术的必要性,根据功率流的传递路线,分析了采煤机牵引系统保护现状,阐释了4种保护方式的工作机理与转矩公式,对比分析了4种保护方式在适应性、成本、保护次数、转矩可调性等方面的异同。在煤矿领域应用本着安全可靠的原则,得出采煤机牵引保护技术的趋势:应采用机电联动保护的方式,提高采煤机牵引保护系统的可靠性。Aiming at the necessity of the protection technology on the shearer traction system,the protection status of the shearer traction system was analyzed according to the transmission route of the power flow,the working mechanism of the four protection methods and torque formula were illustrated,and the similarities and differences of the four protection methods were compared and analyzed in terms of adaptability,cost,protection times and torque adjustability.In the field of coal mining,based on the principle of safety and reliability,it points out the trend of shearer traction protection technology that adopts electromechanical linkage protection to improve the reliability of the shearer traction protection system.
