摘 要:自主研制了由智能掺混装置及高温烟气型溴化锂制冷脱水装置构成的低浓度瓦斯发电气体预处理系统,针对气体预处理系统开展了相关性能试验。试验结果表明:智能掺混装置在7000 m3/h设计流量下运行阻力不大于100 Pa,掺混均匀度大于95%,掺混后瓦斯浓度变化速率小于2%/min,避免了瓦斯浓度变化速率过大引起的发电机组停机;高温烟气型溴化锂制冷脱水装置实现瓦斯气体降温20℃,脱出水量129 kg/h,极大降低了因水分进入发电机组引起的发电机组故障率;低浓度瓦斯发电气体预处理系统总耗电量约16.7(kW·h)/h,运行成本低。A low concentration gas power generation gas pretreatment system composed of an intelligent mixing device and a high-temperature flue gas type lithium bromide refrigeration dehydration device was independently developed.Relevant performance tests were carried out for the gas pretreatment system.The test results show that the operation resistance of the intelligent mixing device is not more than 100 Pa under the design flow of 7000 m3/h,the mixing uniformity is more than 95%,and the gas concentration change rate after mixing is less than 2%/min,which avoids the shutdown of the generator set caused by the excessive gas concentration change rate.The high-temperature flue gas type lithium bromide refrigeration dehydration device can reduce the temperature of the gas by 20℃,and the water output is 129 kg/h,which greatly reduces the failure rate of the generator set caused by water entering the generator set.The total power consumption of the gas pretreatment system for low concentration gas power generation is about 16.7(kW·h)/h,and the operation cost is low.
