摘 要:为了解决霍尔辛赫煤矿连续工作面布置难题,在夹缝中最大化地回收资源,达到稳产保供的目的,通过对3015工作面加长至280 m的合理性分析,以及采煤机、工作面输送机、液压支架的理论核验以及邻近同煤层大采高综采支架情况对比,提出方案,仅增加有限的投入,并利用现有装备可提高资源回收率3.38%,节省近5000万元的费用,经济效益显著。In order to solve the problem of layout in Holsingher coal mine continuous face,to maximize the recovery resources in the seam,and to achieve the goal of stable production and guaranteed supply,through the rationality analysis of the 3015 face lengthen to 280 m,as well as the theoretical verification of shearers,face conveyors,hydraulic support and the comparison of the fully mechanized mining support adjacent to the coal seam with large mining height,proposed a scheme,which only increases the limited investment,and the resource recovery rate can be increased by 3.38%by using the existing equipment,saves nearly 50 million in cost,and the technical feasibility and economic benefits are remarkable.
