摘　　要：鱼尾板(轨道接头夹板)俗称道夹板,是联接轨道与轨道之间的联接紧固件。采用铣削加工鱼尾板新工艺可明显提升产品加工精度与外观质量,相较龙门刨加工生产效率提高3倍多,同时降低了工人劳动强度。Fishtail plate(rail joint splint),which is commonly known as the channel splint,is a connection fastener used for the connection between the track and the track.The new process of milling fishtail plate can obviously improve the processing accuracy and appearance quality of the product.The production efficiency is improved three times than that of longmen planing,and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
