摘 要:针对罐形立式搅拌机所制浆液不均、罐底淤积的问题,运用SolidWorks对设备进行建模,运用Fluent开展了3组仿真实验,获得了改善搅拌机搅拌效果的最佳组合:叶轮直径φ550 mm、桨叶数量3、搅拌轴深入浆液长度1 340 mm。通过现场应用,验证了该方案的有效性。Aiming at the problems of uneven pulping liquid and siltation at the bottom of the tank vertical mixer, the three-dimensional modeling of the equipment was completed through SolidWorks,and three groups of simulation experiments were carried out with Fluent. The best combination to improve the mixing effect of the mixer was obtained: impeller diameter φ550 mm, number of blades 3,mixing shaft depth of slurry 1 340 mm. The effectiveness of the scheme was verified by field application.
