摘  要:为了从根本上提高新开发高压柱塞泵的可靠性,首先进行故障模式、效应及危害性分析(FMECA),预先列举出组成单元的各种潜在失效模式,并进行影响度评价,找出影响泵可靠性的关键零部件并提出改进措施;然后建立系统可靠性模型并进行可靠性分配;最后对系统可靠性影响最大的高压密封件进行了基于磨损失效机理的设计计算,建立了一套基于可靠性的高压柱塞泵设计方法。In order to fundamentally improve the reliability of the newly developed high pressure plunger pump,firstly carried out the failure mode,effects and criticality analysis(FMECA),listed the potential failure modes of the components in advance,and evaluated the impact degree,so as to find out the key components that affect the reliability of the pump and propose improvement measures.Then the system reliability model was established and reliability distribution was carried out.Finally the high pressure seal which has the greatest influence on the system reliability was designed and calculated based on the wear failure mechanism,and a set of reliabilities-based high pressure plunger pump design method was established.
