摘　　要：基于国家自然科学基金近30年(1993年至2022年)在针刺镇痛领域的立项资料,系统回顾针刺镇痛研究的热点和特点。结果显示,获资助的针刺镇痛相关研究共179项,大多数的研究聚焦在神经系统机制上,集中在神经通路、递质-受体、神经元、胶质细胞等4个研究方向,从中枢到外周的效应机制及多维度的调节作用,不断拓宽和完善针刺镇痛的科学内涵。其次为结缔组织系统相关的研究,另外从免疫学、分子生物学、基因组学等不同方向的研究均有涉及。针刺镇痛研究的常见病种为慢性痛、神经痛、偏头痛、疼痛伴负性情绪和内脏痛等。针刺镇痛研究需更全面系统,加强横向比较,进行长期追踪,以推进针灸基础研究的不断发展。Based on the projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)in the field of acupuncture analgesia in the past three decades(1993-2022),the hot spots and characteristics of acupuncture analgesia research were systematically reviewed.The results showed that there were 179 researches regarding acupuncture analgesia,most of which focused on the mechanism of the nervous system,involving four research directions of neural pathway,transmitter receptor,neuron and glial cell.From central to peripheral mechanism as well as multi-dimensional regulation,the scientific connotation of acupuncture analgesia has constantly been broadened and improved.The second largest number of researches were related to the connective tissue system while other perspectives such as immunology,molecular biology and genomics were also involved.The common diseases in acupuncture analgesia research are chronic pain,neuralgia,migraine,pain with negative emotions and visceral pain.Acupuncture analgesia research needs to be more comprehensive and systematic with horizontal comparison and long-term tracking,in order to promote the continuous development of basic research on acupuncture.
