摘 要:针对一台750kV变压器运行过程中氢气超标问题,从器身用绝缘材料、绝缘油、不锈钢材料、油漆使用、油泵和冷却器组部件选用等方面进行分析,搭建了含有有机材料的缩比模型并进行热油状态下的氢气析出一系列试验。试验及分析结果表明,未干油漆、金属材料锈蚀及油泵、冷却器等组部件质量问题是氢气异常的来源,制定相应的措施,解决750kV变压器现场氢气超标问题,并提出后续处理变压器氢气超标预防措施与可行性建议。This paper introduces a 750kV transformer operation in the process of hydrogen overweight problem, the analysis is carried out from the aspects of insulating materials for the body, insulating oil, stainless steel materials, paint use and component selection, the scale model containing organic materials is built, and a series of tests are carried out for hydrogen analysis in the state of hot oil. The test and analysis results show that the wet paint Corrosion of metal materials and quality problems of related components are the sources of abnormal hydrogen. Formulate corresponding measures to solve the problem of excessive hydrogen in 750kV transformer site, and put forward preventive measures and feasible suggestions for subsequent treatment of excessive hydrogen in transformer.
