摘　　要：本文主要介绍了某供电局一台运行中10kV干式变压器气味异常,经检查发现B相高压绕组接线端子烧蚀严重,对其紧急停电进行了绝缘电阻、直流电阻、绕组变形、X光检测、变压器绕组铜铝识别、温升试验等试验。根据试验结果分析判断造成该变压器烧蚀原因可能为变压器存在“以铝代铜”的现象,高压绕组为铝芯绕制,B相高压绕组铝质导线与铜质螺母端子焊接工艺不良造成接触电阻过大,在长期过负荷的条件下导致焊接处发热,引起绝缘材料烧蚀,并通过解体检查对故障原因进行了验证,为后续同类型设备的运行维护提供参考和指导。This paper mainly introduces the abnormal smell of a 10kV dry-type transformer in operation of a power supply bureau, the high voltage winding terminal of phase B was found to be seriously ablated, after the emergency power outage, tests such as insulation resistance, DC resistance, winding deformation, X-ray detection, copper and aluminum identification of transformer windings, and temperature rise test were carried out. According to the test results, it is judged that the cause of the ablation of the transformer may be the phenomenon of "replacing copper with aluminum", the highvoltage winding of the transformer is made of aluminum, poor welding process between aluminum wire and copper nut terminal of phase B high voltage winding causes the contact resistance to be too large, under long-term overload conditions, the weld heats up, causing ablation of the insulating material, and the cause of the failure is verified through the disassembly inspection, provide reference and guidance for subsequent operation and maintenance of the same type of equipment.
