摘　　要：针对某220kV变压器在下级输出线路相间短路故障切除后重瓦斯保护动作的问题,通过诊断性试验及返厂解体,判断半截油道垫块引起线圈局部绝缘薄弱,匝间短路最终造成重瓦斯保护动作。A heavy gas protection action case of 220kV transformer after the double phase fault of the inferior output line is removed in this paper, through diagnostic tests and disintegration of returned to the factory, it is judged that the partial insulation of the coil is weak caused by the half-oil passage pad, and the inter-turn short circuit finally causes the heavy gas protection action.
