菲律宾天然河砂的特性研究与应用

摘　　要：境外引入新的建设用砂可缓解中国天然河砂资源的短缺,但进口的天然砂能否满足国内现行标准要求、符合既有材料加工工艺、匹配现有原材料性能等需要进行系统的检测分析及论证。参照中国国家标准GB/T 14684—2011《建设用砂》对菲律宾天然河砂的物理化学性能进行了分析和研究,采用菲律宾天然砂制备了C30~C60混凝土,对混凝土的性能进行了探究。研究表明:火山成岩的菲律宾天然河砂细度模数为2.2,表观密度2380 kg/m^(3),堆积密度1320 kg/m^(3),空隙率44%,含泥量6.7%,轻物质含量为23%。其泥粉的化学构成与母岩一致,轻物质为天然砂中的轻质多孔颗粒。采用其制备C30~C60混凝土的工作性能及力学性能能够满足使用要求。明确了菲律宾天然砂材性的特点和制备混凝土的可行性,为同类型天然砂在中国大陆的使用提供参考。New construction sand imported from abroad can partly satisfy the requirements of natural river sand in China.It is necessary to study on the the properties of natural river sand from Philippines if it can fit the requirements of the existing Chinese standards,the established material preparation and the performance of existing raw materials.In this paper,the properties of natural river sand from Philippines were studied with reference to the Chinese national standard GB/T 14684—2011“Sand for Construction”.C30~C60 concrete were prepared and discussed with the sand from Philippines.The results showed that the Philippine natural river sand derived from volcanogenic rocks owned a fineness modulus of 2.2,an apparent density of 2380 kg/m^(3),a bulk density of 1320 kg/m^(3),a void ratio of44%,a fine content of 6.7%,and the material lighter than 2000 kg/m^(3)content of 23%.The chemical composition of the fine powder is consistent with the parent rock,and the material lighter than 2000 kg/m^(3)is the light porous particles in natural sand.The workability and mechanical properties of C30~C60 concrete prepared can meet the requirements.It clarifies the characteristics of the natural sand properties and the feasibility of preparing concrete from Philippines.It provides a reference for the use of the same type of natural sand in China.
