摘  要:为探究蒸压陶粒在混凝土中的工程应用性能,研究了添加粉煤灰的蒸压陶粒混凝土的力学和干燥收缩性能。结果发现:以蒸压陶粒为粗骨料可制备出密度为1954 kg/m^(3)、强度为74 MPa的高强混凝土。在水泥用量低至300 kg/m^(3)情况下,仍可制备出28 d强度为65.26 MPa的轻骨料混凝土。蒸压陶粒轻骨料混凝土7 d的强度是28 d强度83%~89%,具有早强特征。缺水养护条件下,添加粉煤灰的蒸压陶粒轻骨料混凝土残余强度仍可达80%以上。蒸压陶粒轻骨料混凝土的干燥收缩随龄期增长而增加,0~30%掺量的粉煤灰对混凝土的干燥收缩无明显影响。To explore the engineering application of autoclaved aggregates in concrete,the mechanical properties and drying shrinkage of autoclaved aggregate concretes with fly ash were studied.The results show that the high performance concrete with an oven dry density of1954 kg/m^(3)and compressive strength of 74 MPa can be prepared by using autoclaved aggregates as coarse aggregates.The results show that the lightweight aggregate concrete with 28 d strength of 65.26 MPa can still be prepared when the cement dosage is as low as 300 kg/m^(3).The results show that 7 d strength can reach 83%~89%of 28 d,indicating that the concretes have early strength.Under the condition of lacking of water,the autoclaved aggregates concretes with fly ash have 80%residual strength.The drying shrinkage of autoclaved aggregates concrete increases with the age,and the content of 0~30%fly ash has no obvious effect on the drying shrinkage of concrete.
