摘 要:超高层泵送作为超高层建筑建造过程中一项重要的施工技术,仍然存在着堵管或爆管等问题。通过测试超高层泵送前后C40和C60两种自密实混凝土(SCC)的坍落度、扩展度、J环扩展度和离析率来研究超高层泵送对SCC填充性、间隙通过性和抗离析性的影响,从而评价SCC的自密实性能。研究结果表明,超高层泵送后的SCC抗离析能力有所提升,其提升程度随着泵送高度的增加而增大,而超高层泵送会降低SCC的填充性和间隙通过性,并且降低程度随着泵送高度的增加而增大。As an important construction technology in the construction process of super high-rise buildings,there are still some problems,such as pipe plugging or pipe explosion.The slump,expansion,J-ring expansion and segregation rate of C40 and C60 self-compacting concrete(SCC)before and after pumping in super high-rise building were tested to study the influence of pumping on the filling capacity,gap trafficability and segregation resistance of SCC,so as to evaluate the self-compacting performance of concrete.The results showed that the anti-segregation ability of SCC was improved after super high-rise pumping,and the degree of improvement increased with the increase of pumping height.However,super high-rise pumping reduced the filling and clearance trafficability of SCC,and the degree of reduction increased with the increase of pumping height.
