基  金:国家十二五支撑课题“钢-混凝土组合结构现代化施工关键技术研究”(2011BAJ09B04)。

摘  要:天津高银117大厦基础筏板混凝土具有体积大、强度及耐久性等级高,温度与裂缝控制难度巨大等施工重难点。首先通过理论分析确定温度控制措施的重点指标,然后通过建立C50P8大体积混凝土配合比评价体系,开展C50P8超大体积筏板混凝土温度场有限元模拟计算与缩尺模型试验,制定施工与养护措施,研究C50P8超大体积筏板混凝土温度与裂缝控制技术。最后基于上述研究成果,顺利完成了65000 m^(3)C50P8超大体积筏板混凝土的浇筑施工,各项温度及裂缝控制指标均满足规范要求。Because of the characteristics of ultra-mass,high grades of concrete strength and durability,the raft concrete of Tianjin Goldin 117 Building belongs to typical ultra-mass concrete.So it is very difficult to control the temperature and crack.The key indicators of temperature control are confirmed by theory analysis first.Then thermal control technology of C50P8 ultra-mass raft concrete is studied by setting up the evaluation system of mix proportion of C50P8 ultra-mass concrete,calculating temperature field of C50P8 ultra-mass concrete with FEM,doing simulation experiment using scale model of C50P8 ultra-mass concrete and making construction and maintenance measures.Based on the research above,pouring construction of 65000 m^(3)C50P8 ultra-mass concrete has been completed successfully.All index of temperature and crack control satisfy the requirements of the codes.
