摘 要:在满足不同功能细集料砂浆试件力学性能要求的基础上,采用四电极法测试导电砂浆电阻率,研究了不同掺量铁质细集料组分对导电砂浆电阻率的影响,针对不同地区不同环境条件下导电砂浆电阻率变化做出研究,探究出导电砂浆铁质细集料合适的替代率。研究结果表明:相比磁铁矿砂、钢渣砂和铁砂,赤铁矿砂对降低导电砂浆电阻率的效果最好,钢渣砂因其内部组分不稳定,不适合替代细骨料,综合力学性能和电阻率两项指标,为了实现导电性能的最优解,选取磁铁矿砂最佳替代比例应在60%~80%之间,选取赤铁矿砂最佳替代比例应在40%~60%之间。On the basis of meeting the mechanical performance requirements of different functional fine aggregate mortar specimens,a four-electrode method was used to test the electrical resistivity of the conductive mortar,and the influence of different amounts of iron fine aggregate components on the electrical resistivity of the conductive mortar was studied.The resistivity changes of conductive mortar under different environmental conditions were studied,and the appropriate replacement rate of the conductive mortar ferrous fine aggregate was explored.The research results show that hematite sand has the best effect on reducing the electrical resistivity of conductive mortar compared with magnetite sand,steel slag sand and iron sand.Steel slag sand is not suitable for replacing fine aggregate due to its unstable internal components.It has comprehensive mechanical properties and in order to achieve the best solution of electrical conductivity,the two indexes of resistivity,the best replacement ratio for magnetite sand should be between 60%and 80%,and the best replacement ratio for hematite sand should be between 40%and 60%.
