摘 要:为了保证我国高速公路改扩建工程施工段施工区、通行区安全防护隔离需要,研制一种安全防护性能好、对路面损害程度低、方便导改与转运、可回收重复利用护栏成为行业共识。按行业发展需求设计出装配式免锚固移动护栏,其由水泥混凝土底座和钢构横梁等构建组成,当发生通行车辆与装配式免锚固移动护栏发生碰撞,护栏水泥混凝土底座直接承受车辆碰撞,其性能情况直接决定了护栏防护性能及等级。为了提高护栏水泥混凝土底座性能,通过试验确定护栏底座水泥混凝土基准配合比,在基准配合比基础上掺抗裂增韧剂配制抗冲击高韧底座水泥混凝土,测定其工作性和力学性能,确定护栏底座水泥混凝土制备配合比。依据确定的底座水泥混凝土配合比制备护栏底座水泥混凝土,通过测定底座水泥混凝土构件底面不同粗壮化处理形式与路面横向滑动拉力大小,确定护栏底座水泥混凝土底面粗壮化处理形式。在通过计算机模拟仿真和实车碰撞,测定不同类型车辆按规范规定与装配式免锚固移动护栏发生碰撞时,护栏水泥混凝土底座横向位移量大小,试验证明设计的护栏底座水泥混凝土生产制备配合比满足相关技术要求,为装配式免锚固移动护栏量产制备及工程应用提供依据。In order to ensure the safety protection and isolation of the construction area and the passage area in the construction section of the expressway reconstruction and expansion project in China,it has become an industry consensus to develop a kind of guardrail with good safety protection performance,low damage degree to the road surface,convenient navigation and transportation,and recyclable and reusable.According to industry development needs designed fabricated from anchorage mobile fence,its by cement concrete base and the steel beam construction composition and so on,when a collision with fabricated from anchorage mobile traffic fence,guardrail cement concrete base directly under vehicle collision,its performance directly determines the barrier protection performance and level.In order to improve the performance of the guardrail cement concrete base,the basic mix ratio of the guardrail cement concrete base was determined through experiments.On the basis of the benchmark mix ratio,crack resistant and toughening agent was mixed to prepare the impact resistant high toughness cement concrete base,and the workability and mechanical properties of the base cement concrete were measured to determine the mix ratio of the guardrail cement concrete base.The cement concrete of the guardrail base is prepared according to the determined mix ratio of the cement concrete of the base.The thick treatment form of the cement concrete bottom of the guardrail base is determined by measuring the different thick treatment forms of the bottom of the cement concrete member of the base and the size of the transverse sliding force of the road surface.Through computer simulation and the real vehicle collision,the determination of different types of vehicles as stipulated in the specification and fabricated from anchorage mobile fence when collision occurs,guardrail cement concrete base size,lateral displacement tests showed that design of guardrail base cement meet the technical requirements for mix proportioning of concrete production pr
