水性聚氨酯发泡层用钛白浆制备与应用研究

摘  要:采用机械发泡工艺,分析颜料分散剂对水性聚氨酯发泡速率、泡孔稳定性、发泡涂层吸水率与透湿率的影响,选用合适的颜料分散剂制备水性聚氨酯发泡层用钛白浆。结果表明,与水性聚氨酯发泡稳定剂结构和表面活性接近的颜料分散剂S-110,对水性聚氨酯发泡性能有协同增效作用,采用6.5%颜料分散剂S-110、70.0%金红石型二氧化钛、3.0%丙二醇于水基分散介质中制备的水性钛白浆,在水性聚氨酯发泡层中添加量为5.0%时,制备的合成革贝斯具备高遮盖力、低吸水率与高透湿性。By using the mechanical foaming process,the effects of pigment dispersant on the foaming rate,bubble stability,water absorption and moisture permeability of waterborne polyurethane were analyzed,and the appropriate pigment dispersant was selected to prepare titanium dioxide dispersion for waterborne polyurethane foaming layer.The results showed that pigment dispersant S-110,which has similar structure and surface activity to the waterborne polyurethane foaming stabilizer,has synergistic effect on the foaming performance of waterborne polyurethane.When the amount of waterborne titanium dioxide dispersion prepared with 6.5%pigment dispersant S-110,70.0%rutile titanium dioxide,3.0%propylene glycol in water-based dispersion medium is 5.0%in the waterborne polyurethane foaming layer,the prepared synthetic leather base has high hiding power,low water absorption rate and high moisture permeability.
