太极拳老年参与者深度休闲对休闲忠诚度的影响:流畅体验和休闲满意度的链式中介作用

摘　　要：采用Bootstrap对490名太极拳老年参与者展开调研,探讨太极拳老年参与者深度休闲、流畅体验、休闲满意度和休闲忠诚度的关系。研究表明:(1)深度休闲、流畅体验、休闲满意度与休闲忠诚度四者之间都呈两两显著正相关;(2)深度休闲既可以直接影响休闲忠诚度,也可以通过流畅体验和休闲满意度的中介作用对休闲忠诚度产生间接影响。具体包括3条路径,即通过流畅体验的中介效应路径、休闲满意度的中介效应路径、流畅体验和休闲满意度的链式中介效应路径。在一定程度上揭示了太极拳老年参与者的深度休闲影响休闲忠诚度的作用机制,对于促进老年人继续参与休闲活动、改善身心健康、增进生活福祉、促进积极健康老化具有参考价值。To explore the relationship between serious leisure,flow experience,leisure satisfaction and leisure loyalty of elderly participants in Tai Chi,a total of 490 elderly Tai Chi participants were investigated with Serious Leisure Scale,Flow Experience Scale,Leisure Satisfaction Scale and Leisure Loyalty Scale.It was found that there were significant positive correlations among serious leisure,flow experience,leisure satisfaction and leisure loyalty.Serious leisure could not only directly affect leisure loyalty,but also indirectly affected leisure loyalty through the mediating effect of flow experience and leisure satisfaction,including three paths,namely,the mediating path through flow experience,the mediation path of leisure satisfaction,and the chain mediation path through flow experience and leisure satisfaction.The mediating effect model revealed the mechanism of serious leisure affecting leisure loyalty of the elderly participants in Tai Chi to a certain extent,which was of referential value for promoting the elderly to continue to participate in leisure activities,to improve their physical and mental health,life well-being,active and healthy aging.
