摘　　要：城市轨道交通是现代城市交通系统的重要组成部分,其有序发展对提升城市交通供给质量和效率、引导优化城市空间结构布局、缓解城市交通拥堵和推进“双碳”战略实施等具有重要作用。文章在对当前的城市轨道交通建设规划审批政策进行梳理分析的基础上,以深圳市轨道交通实践为例,深入总结相关经验,剖析存在问题,并且有针对性地提出对策建议,以期为推进城市轨道交通可持续发展提供借鉴和参考。Urban rail transit is an important part of modern urban transport system.Its development orderly plays an important role in improving the quality and efficiency of urban transport supply,guiding and optimizing the layout of urban spatial structure,easing urban traffic congestion and promoting the implementation of the"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"strategy.On the basis of sorting out and analyzing the current urban rail transit construction planning approval policies,taking the rail transit practice in Shenzhen as an example,the article thoroughly summarizes the relevant experience,analyzes the existing issues,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,to provide reference for promoting the sustainable development of urban rail transit.
