摘 要:洗车设施是地铁车辆段的重要设施,严寒气候对列车清洗作业提出了更高的要求。基于哈尔滨地区严寒气候特征及车辆技术参数,以某地铁车辆段设计实践为例,分析探讨洗车线路有效长及布置形式、生产房屋组成及布局、洗车机清洗工艺流程及设备布置方案,并对预热烘干风幕系统、预冷/预热系统、淋雨试验系统进行设计说明。最后,针对工程建设过程中出现的洗车机招标滞后、供暖排风设施与洗车设备冲突的风险问题提出应对措施建议,以期为其他类似工程提供参考。As train washing facilities are an important installation in metro depots, places with severe cold climates place a much higher requirement on train washing operations. Based on the characteristics of severe cold climates and vehicle technical parameters in Harbin, and taking one of the metro depots as an example, this paper analyzed and explored the effective length and layout of train washing tracks, the composition and layout of production facilities, process flow for train washing machines and equipment layout scheme, and described the pre-drying air curtain system, pre-cooling/pre-heating system, and raining test system for design. Finally, suggestions are made for the risk problems of lagging bidding for train washing machines and interference between heating and exhaust facilities and train washing machines that arise during the construction process, with a view to providing reference for other similar projects.
