摘　　要：护套壁厚稳定性的提升,不仅能在外观上对光缆产品有一定提升,而且对产品性能也有进一步的改良。缆表不良有很多种情况,包括竹节、砂眼、鱼尾纹、缆芯痕、模具痕等等,壁厚稳定性能够得到提升,一些缆表问题也就迎刃而解。壁厚数值稳定,其实也就意味着壁厚偏心问题的消除,因此产品性能可靠性就得到了提高。The improvement of the stability of the sheath wall thickness can not only improve the appearance of the optical cable product to a certain extent, but also further improve the product performance. There are many cases of poor cable gauge, including slub joints, sand holes, crow’s feet, cable core marks, mold marks, etc., and the wall thickness stability can be improved. Some cable gauge problems can be solved. The stable wall thickness value actually means that the wall thickness eccentricity problem is eliminated, so the product performance reliability is improved.
