摘 要:随着载人航天工程的发展,系统复杂度急剧增加,传统基于文档的系统工程方法面临极大的挑战,需要充分利用先进数字化技术进行研制模式的转型升级。为此,在我国载人航天器研制中探索开展了基于模型的系统工程(MBSE)技术的应用。文章分析了我国载人航天工程在需求分析与管理、各学科专业耦合程度高、实物试验验证难、在轨运行时间长等方面面临的挑战,阐述了在我国载人航天器研制中建立一套同源数字化模型、贯穿航天器全生命周期的MBSE技术应用思路,提出了基于需求、功能、产品、工程、制造、实做6类模型的工程应用方案。最后,介绍了MBSE技术在我国天宫空间站和载人月球探测航天器研制任务中的应用情况,MBSE技术对提升研制效率与质量发挥了重要作用。With the development of China Manned Space Program, the complexity of the system has increased dramatically, and the traditional document based system engineering methods are facing great challenges, it is necessary to make full use of advanced digital technology to transform and upgrade the development mode. For this reason, the application of MBSE(model based system engineering) is explored in the development of manned spacecraft in China. The challenges of the China Manned Space Program are analyzed, such as requirements analysis, high degree of discipline coupling, difficult physical test verification, and long on orbit operation time etc. A MBSE application strategy that a set of homologous digital models are established and applied throughout the whole life cycle of spacecraft is put forward. An engineering application scheme based on six types of models: requirement, function, product, engineering, manufacturing, and implementation is proposed. Finally, the applications of MBSE technology in the deve lopment of China’s Tiangong space station and manned lunar exploration spacecraft are introduced. The applications of MBSE technology have played an important role in improving the development efficiency and quality.
